Reasons Not To Run...

TOO MUCH WORK...
can't run because of too many things going on at the same time?
i bet you can squeeze in 30 minutes of running in your busy schedule. it will do you good. it will clear your mind of clutter and will make you more productive.
me, i run at least 3 times during weekdays for 30 mins to 1 hour after office hours. that's my gimik time.


MOTIVATION...

you want to get inspired? don't ask me... ask timmy!!! =D
seriously though... find a running group like Takbo.Ph or Happy Feet. there's always someone who will schedule a run out of nowhere. it's much more fun running as a group.
tip: always bring your running gear at work, just in case.

BORED...

change your running route regularly. running on the same route is like running on a treadmill. find a route by mapping it first. try using MapMyRun.com


WEATHER...

you can't do anything about it. tip: dress for the occasion. if it's raining, wear a jacket and a hat. if it's humid, wear something loose.



FAMILY...

you have to detach yourself from them for just a bit. they'll understand or eventually they will. if you can't detach... the better alternative is to have them join you. =D



when i started running seriously, my wife will complain that i always come home late or i'm always out every sunday. but eventually she understood why i was running.
