Not that I stopped running. I'm just thinking, why I started.
You see, I'm not really much of a runner. My built is not that of a runner. I have big calves which I don't see on fast runners.
Well, I walk fast. That's it.
So, why did I start running? To lose weight. Period.
If I can be a fast runner in the process while losing weight then it'll be a plus.
Why do you run again?
